Amazing customer service

The dealership was great. They brought us in immediately and provided excellent communication. GM, however, did not have the part, so we were without our vehicle for almost 5 weeks. It's the 3rd time in 66,000 miles that the DEF system has failed us on this vehicle. This means that it is a chronic issue with these systems so there is NO EXCUSE for GM to be short on parts.

Had a great experience Brandon Blakely was my sales guy and he was awesome. Very friendly talk told us everything about it. Ed was really helpful too and I forget I think his name is Dale and finance. Another great guy really had a good experience that would definitely go there again.

complete work done in a timely manor

Truly the worst experience you could ask for. Poor communication, service representative just used awful corporate jargon while acting like I won a new car on the price is right. I purchased my truck with you all, only ever had it serviced there, brought my collision there, spoke to sales reps about purchasing a used vehicle there and then was treated with this most recent service like a pile of garbage. I will never ever step foot in your dealership again. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The vehicles are all made the same from GM, so people can buy anywhere. EVERYONE should buy elsewhere because your service department is as bad as it gets. I have no faith that my 2.5 year old truck will last another 6 months after the way it was handled this most recent service. I have told everyone that I possibly can about my experience and will continue to for as long as I can. Everyone should avoid this place like the plague.
